Fix segv on menu reload.
Adjust event masks, add some EWin debug.
Enable dock applets of size other than 64x64 (patch from Jonas Aaberg
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>).
Portability fixes and auto* cleanups.
Trivial fixes for compilation with imlib1.
Avoid trashing the configuration.
