Fix problem with multiple iconboxes (and probably other iconbox problems).
Move some DEFS into config.h
Fix floating window stacking after area/desk switch.
Put Winops menu on Alt-Ctrl-w.
Do keybord menu navigation without pointer warping.
Do menu sliding more cleanly.
