Fix segv on group member exit + associated cleanups.
Added some apps to the user menu. Patch by Kirby Kuehl <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
Deiconify windows to position where it was iconified (whenever possible).
Fix segv in menu keypress handling.
Fix borders on initially shaded windows.
Partial fix to clipped TT font text.
Put lost warpfocused option back in.
