Fix remembered settings for slave WM's.
Fix mapping a window requesting fullscreen mode.
Try (again) to fix sliding effects.
Improve KDE menu generation. Suggested by Sandy Weicks <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
Remove unused scripts.
Make "e_cache_clean all" clean all cache dirs (img/ too).
Added option to raise fullscreen windows.
Fix _XROOT... hack.
