For me, bulding edje has consistently failed. Running make is fine

I have checked and can find no Ecore_Evas.h anywhere on the system,
despite having fully built and installed E17. I am guessing its loss is
what is causing the other errors. Also, I can't help but notice that
libs/ecore/src/lib/* are all empty but in the repository contain many
deleted files in the Attic, including ecore_evas/Ecore_Evas.h
Has there been a bad commit somewhere?
