0.16.6 definitely did with xine. it wasn't xine as such - more how e handled it.
anyway- i still see the problem with my mailer (sylpheed) when it fetches
e-mail. the "fetching mail" progress dialog refuses to be stacked DOWN
(ctrl+alt+down-arrow for example) but i can RAISE something above it... sorry -
i havent poked into the code to check further... :(

oh dont bother with 0.16.6 - ignore it - just worry about 0.16.7 - important
bits are to make sure the issues dont re-appear in 0.16.7 :)
