Yeah, I've thought about adding this feature. It's not really feasible until
some of the key binding issues are straightened out.

Dan Sinclair added mouse wheel support to the spinner today. The other idea is
interesting, I've never been a big fan of that sort of manipulation, but it
might make sense as an option.
