Did you read the documentation or check the archives before asking? hmm.
The answer is that .eet is not the format any more, engage (as was planned) now uses 100% e17 icons, these can be created by copying your .eet to a .eapp and using enlightenment_eapp in the e17 source.
OR using the e_util_eapp_edit (GUI based) from the e_utils app in cvs.
