Yo gimpel, your public key isn't getting found here. Could you consider
exporting it to a more commonly known pgp keyserver? 

gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu  --send-key <yourkeyhere>

Here are a few servers that will work as well.
keyserver certserver.pgp.com
keyserver pgp.ai.mit.edu
