I use e-16.7.2 mostly and am testing e-16.8 and haven't ever noticed this with mozilla (someone else blamed the common code base that mozilla & firefox share) and I haven't noticed this. A friend was over last week and commented that I had twelve Mozilla windows open with over 100 different tabs in them so I would say that it is Firefox and not Mozilla.
