none right now - as e17 has no way for you to input/set this command at all.

normally this woudl be a function of the system itself, not e - ie acpid or
apmd. what if u weren't logged in? sitting on gdm/kdm/entrance? what if x wasnt
running? etc. this is normally a system setup thing and much more often than not
requires root privileges.
