I just used the main code from emblem, and then instead of starting the main loop, just ran some of these calls, adding or deleting bg's. I realize that it's not the best test, but it seemed to at least indicate that it worked.
It looks as though E_IPC_OP_DESKTOP_BG_ADD is set up similarly to other E_IPC calls with no response that are already implemented through E_Lib ( E_IPC_OP_BG_SET ), so I'm confused as to what needs to be changed.
