I built from CVS twice yesterday to a similar effect. I can minimize a window to ibox, then restore, but the window is not visible. It is shown in the pager as being back on the current desktop, I just can't see it. If I switch to another desktop and back, I can see it again.
Also if I minimize an app, switch to another desktop, then restore, I can see the app again. In the past this action would cause the desktop to switch to the one I was using when I did the minimize when the app was restored. Now the app just comes back on the current desktop.
