The same should be for the modules menu under the start menu. If I want
do enable/disable a few, the menu disappears after every click, that
makes me nervous :)
Maybe a feature like "only close start menu when starting an
application/window" would be great. So you are able to change settings
as you like, but the start menu does not hide.

The modules menu wil lbe moving to a config panel soon enough - need to
get some work on module metadata etc first
