We are already talking about everything we wish to implement because
we know that at some point, E18 could use evfs. We also plan to share
things like icons and a themeing format eventually.

Libraries anf fun aside, Efm is *not* the same as either Evidence or
Entropy. Efm's main point is to be E17's internal file selector
(selecting a bg image, a theme, fonts etc...). Efm is, in itself, an
embeddable object that can be used anywhere in E. It will also provide
the icons on the desktop. The current Efm being a file manager is a
way to demo how it works, as it can easily double as a simple file
manager.
