So, it looks like we all agree that these things need to go in SOME sort of
publically accessible version control. Now we just need to decide on which.
A quick overview

sf.net CVS:
pros:
everyone knows where to find it
its the official place for E stuff
cons:
we don't really have complete admin access (do we?)
all theme/module related cvs chatter will go out over the same
lists
edevelop.org CVS/SVN:
pros:
we have complete access
can use SVN (personal bias) ;)
can easily restrict write access to specific subdirs
could automate theme/module submission through a web form that
(after approval) auto creates a dir, sets up accounts.
access rights, etc
cons:
its not the official place
another mailing list to subscribe to if you want updates
I'm sure i missed a few things, so fill me in (clearly i'm biased towards
edevelop.org, so help me fill in the pros of sf.net)
