Hello, I'm using Imlib to render images on my desktop directly within xlib. I'm using xshape as well. The problem I find is that I cannot manage to render smooth images, as you can see in here:
http://www.geocities.com/ucho_trabajo/xml/imlib_shot.png It's alright for the icons, but I'd like the tool-tip image to appear a bit more aliased. I've been trying using different image formats, as well as options as seen on Imlib_types.h, such as hiquality, etc. If you take a look at the gimp's icon rendered, and to the original one, let's say this: http://www.fairplaysport.it/img/loghi/wilber-icon.jpg Imlib seems to be discarding image's transparency information, which I didn't care about till I started trying to setup an alone tool-tip.
