i am sad because i am the sysadmin for 2 servers with 1 xeon processor
each i used them but they have in general 0.01 load. and i think that
there are other people who can spare a part of their servers... i
think you should consider choosing this option (there will be no
problems with buying, hosting and managing the servers), and with the
money from the fund raising the e17 developers could arrange a meeting
and get a pretty holiday and talk about future E plans.

in this days an entry level has an excelent performance and there are
many server who just don't do nothing because the do the job of a
pentium 2 processor.
let's try to use them.
