As I was going through some docs refactoring I found the
/docs/efl/index.txt contained links to many missing files:
* [[ecore_idle_exiters]]
* [[ecore_idle_enterers]]
* [[ecore_fd_handlers]]
* [[ecore_event_filters]]
* [[ecore_event_handlers]]
* [[ecore_timers]]
* [[ecore_animators]]
* [[ecore_jobs]]
* [[threads]]
* [[evas_rendering]]
Does anyone have an idea what happened to these files? were they never
added or is it from a time when the programming guide and the docs were
intermingled?
