Hello, I would like to propose Sungtaek Hong aka taxi2se for probie access.
He's been working mostly on elementary features, has just a few commits in master but recently he's been involved in some core stuff for elementary. I would like to offer him a probie access in part because this would make *my* life easier reviewing and merging his patches. For instance D5364 (elm theme for eo) or D5151 (bg part for all widgets in eo) are large patches made of multiple commits. I also believe he is fully able to contribute well to EFL and hope that this access would encourage him to do even more ^^ Unless there is a strong opposition, I'll add him on Monday.
