We do not use SOB lines in EFL. We do not have the DCO to back it up and have
any meaning.
This is the third time in 10 days where I asked someone to stop using it.
If this is a misconfiguration, please fix it.
If someone really wants to bring in a DCO and start using SOB's with a real
meaning, bring it up here so we can discuss it.
