Why I suggested creating a page, a template ideally, that people can
use to provide such information ahead of time for the meeting. Such
that it need not be discussed at the meeting. I do not understand any
objects to a page created before meeting with such information. The
entire point is to save time at the meeting, which increasing
information. I started and ended the post talking about a page,
specifically to avoid wasting time on such at the meeting...

Otherwise no one has any idea of what people are up to. Developers may
have some idea, but others will have no clue. It is pretty important
for team coordination. I have seen it work well else where.
