User followed up and was able to test out the ebuild with multisense
disabled. It is presently hard coded enabled. I will need to modify
that and bind it to pulseaudio. When ever pulseaudio is disabled,
multisense needs to be disabled as well... They were able to build EFL
without pulseaudio and multisense.

Likely need to update this bug to reflect its a build system issue. The
build system likely also needs a similar modification. Such that one
cannot build EFL with --disasble-pulseaudio --enable-multisense.

I will update my ebuild accordingly and make enabling multisense
conditional on the pulseaudio USE flag. I may also add a USE flag for
multisense.

I myself am a bit curious as to what this multisense is, but that is
some what moot. At least the problem is known now, and how to work
around the issue. One of those abnormal build option combos.
