Obviously, it should have README and INSTALL. I have no idea how to use clouseau atm. It has been changed a lot.
When I try it in local, i just say "Connection refused" whatever root process or not. Other entry options I can tr doesn't work neither Maybe it's broken, anyway it seems it's worse than before.
