This is a task where you find the missing parts of the meson build. Or
at least the problem parts. 3 of the Tasks is beeing worked on / have a
revision. For the rest i am unsure what the tasks are for, or what they
do. However, whenever the 3 tasks are done, we can basically remove
autotools.

My complete honest take on the autotools removal here is: The longer we
wait, the more we will find things in meson that should be different. In
the same way we find from time to time things in the autotools build. So
i would say that by the time builds for windows work, we should just
remove autotools and move on...
