meson is failing on Windows (after a pull) and without efl-one :

ERROR: Multiple producers for Ninja target
"C:_Documents_msys2_home_vincent.torri_gitroot_64_efl2_src_modules_evas_image_loaders_eet_evas_image_load_eet.c.obj".
Please rename your targets.
