Hello, I need some help/review to update efl packaging in Buildroot. I regularly send patches to update the efl stack, it was easy until the switch to the meson buildsystem. The efl 1.23 require to rewrite the packaging.

In the past (2015), the efl stack was updated from 1.7.10 to 1.15 in Buildroot due the merge of efl libraries into one repository.
