yup. don't do that. in x .. there is no way for e to know if the xserver is
active on the tty. that's private to x. e will use xrandr to control backlight

I discover I can fix issue this way:
settings -> composite -> enable 'don't fade back light'

When I am in enlightenment16/tty2 user, screen is blanking after 1 mn,
just like in enlightenment/tty1.
If i change blanking time, 0.1 mn, same issue.
If i log to tty3 or 4 etc console user, same issue, even for root user.
It seems enlightenment controls the two X sessions and all tty consoles
on computer.
