the pager and iconbox now emit a signal when a border changes state from urgent
to normal and the other way around.
for the themers: the iconbox icon, the pager window and the pager desk, receive
the signals e,state,urgent and e,state,not_urgent, so you can do something nice
with those.

Hi, could you please be more specific as to what parts should be
modified? I noticed you put emphasized on "icon", but most icon parts
are of type: SWALLOW so you can't really do much but modify their
relative positioning and color overlays don't have any impact on
swallowable objects.
So I used the following (targets) to test the "e,state,urgent"
"e,state,not_urgent" signals.
e/modules/ibox/icon = item_clip
e/modules/pager/desk = clip
e/modules/pager/window = overlay
I tried other parts as well, but with no results. To test the window
hints i used gaim and a browser connected meebo.com (online instant
messenger) The one thing that does work as it should is the window
border changing its style from default to urgent.
