Evas uses yet pkg-config's macro PKG_CHECK_MODULES for various libs
(XCB, DirectFB, GLITZ, librsvg, cairo, valgrind, fontconfig). So
you need pgk-config in each case to install evas and so also E17. I see
no reason why we shouldn't switch to pkg-config.
