I recently saw a British magazine (Linux Format) which had an article on e17 ("The Road to Enlightnement"), and of course I went ahead and bought the mag -- just for the heck of it.
Interesting stuff.. I never knew that raster was planning secret tools to simplify theming and desktop management!! Anyway... :) The magazine had a DVD with "e17" in it, and I thought what the heck, let's see what happens if I try and install what's there... Well, it turned out there was a LOT of stuff there -- They basically took EVERYTHING that is in e17 cvs and put it in one huge tarball... Everything. Including eg. ebony, efm, estyle... I wonder if with the expected move to the new server(s), would it be useful to move some stuff that is maybe not-so-relevant to the current e17 codebase into an 'old' subdir?? jose. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
