Surprise surprise I actually did something I said I was going to do. I
have created a theme for the forums on the new enlightenment.org. I
haven't seen raster or Dan in a couple of days so I figured I'd just
send it here if one of you or someone else wants to apply it.
To apply just untar the archive to the themes directory of the forum
and then in the theme settings for the forum, make it the default theme.
Hope you like it. If there is anything you'd like modified, let me
know.
