Pesh, Imlib2_Perl, and etk-perl are having the same problem, the
TeX-Guy package I installed into /var/www/download/tests/install creates
files called man/man3 and man/man1, and the three packages are trying to
create those as directories. TeX-Guy is wrong I guess, but it is
needed for edvi. I can delete those files.

Which brings me to edvi. Edvi requires DVIlib2, TeX-Guy provides
DVIlib2, and that depends on VFlib3. VFlib3 is a standard Debian
package, so that got installed. TeX-Guy isn't available for this
particular version of Debian, so I installed it from source as a user
to /var/www/download/tests/install. Once more, TeX-Guy is wrong,
VFlib3-config is in /usr/bin, but its expected to be in the same place
as TeX-Guy. On the other hand, that just looks like a warning, as edvi
is not failing there.

Evolve is likely an ETK API change, I didn't investigate.
