Then Windows is wrong.

That said, the correct course of action (IMHO), besides filing a bug
against VC/VStudio, is to insert our own snprintf in between EFL and
MS libc.  Perhaps ecore needs a libast-like layer of compatibility
functions.

Unless the gcc optimizer is newly smart enough to remove redundant
zeroing across a function call return....
