well - eterm is pretty much static. it does get the odd commit. e16 - yes.
active, but it is the predecessor to e17 and i'd like to move things into an
according place. something dead/old should go there - including old libs and
apps that are basically dead or non-actively worked on.

doesn't much matter - but i'd like to group them together.
