So we'll not have <category>/<package> hierarchy anymore? I did like
that, it was easier to distinguish in the lots of 'e*' what I was
looking for... however if we do keep only live projects on root, then
it will be easier, just need to keep good READMEs around.

So far I have one request: BINDINGS or something like it. I don't
consider python-efl as PROTO anymore, it's stable and covers a good
amount of API. In this case it coulde either be /BINDINGS/python-efl
or /PYTHON.
