yeah - i don't want to impose a standard. the 1 big file for b&w (default now)
is there because... the mult-file thing doesn't edje_decc due to having to pass
"make distcheck" relative paths, security on decompile and include paths etc.
its not easy to solve simply. so i just avoid the bug by making 1 gobbing huge
file :)
