A quick look, but no try to run it, makes me think that you should
have specified other hints (just like you did with "min"). Check out
the layout documentation at:

 layout_vertical:

 layout_horizontal:
http://docs.enlightenment.org/api/evas/html/group__Evas__Object__Box.html#g3aebf02a2e87e43f9dcba5e73291234c

as you can see, layout_vertical will take the same properties as
horizontal, but with swapped x/y h/v. Check it out under "Child
element's properties", possible you want weight/align set.
