Distros normally have them installed under /usr/share/icons, but my
Gentoo also detects /usr/kde/4.2/share/icons/*, so it might be
dependent on some environment variable. The point is that it is
already handled by distros!

To set, just go to Settings -> Look -> Icon Theme, simple as that. (I
found a bug in that dialog and just fixed it, so if it segfaults when
you enter that dialog, svn up and rebuild e17).

I'd say it's enough to us. If we can provide a full theme, then fine
because apps will use it and match e17 look and feel. Of course it
depends on theme and much more, but some people are already taking
care of that.

We could try to use standard icons even in other places, like settings
and some dialogs, actions...
