i don't like the menus:

1) too much different menus: a big one a the top right, a very tiny one 
just below, and another tiny one completely on the left, which is even not 
vertically aligned with the tiny one on the left

2) why putting the menus on the right of the page ?

imho, a web site must be simple and easy to use and to be viewed, so :

a) if you can't remove entries to all the menus, at least group them

b) most people on earth read from left to right (at least those who 
develop are used with english reading), that is, the first thing that 
their eyes will do is looking at the left of the page. If you want 
horizontal menus, it would be better to align them on the left.

btw, that's also my point of view for the current e.org
