move the core logic of mount on insert into efm as an option (and unmount on
remove), add a "unmount this" menu for explicit unmount by the user (now its
forced to always mount - before simply closing he window would do that). and ll
the places gui logic move to a places module in 17 core or simply keep it in
external places module and have the external places just work with efm - simply
its "always mount" logic is removed and moved into efm.
