By this i meant that configuration (in config file) is similar - because
there are multiple "shelf" names for different zones, and his children.
Now instead of one "gadman_top" and "gadman" it is multiplied for zones
- and in this way it is similar to shelf.

AFAIK in Dave's code it was absolute to the screen. Before my change it
was one gadcon for whole screen - but it was wrong for creating gadcons
popups - now every zone has its own gadman - so children (gadcon
clients) has a parent with correct zone. And it works (popups are ok).

i don't know - i can't see that - when i was changing shelves and zones
- it looks ok - on different resolutions. But i don't changed nothing
related with gadman positioning besides one thing - if gadcon client is
placed out of zone - it is corrected.
