ok ok... time to poke my head out again. the short version: i went on a bit of a trip. during that extended trip i came down with an illness. apparently it's genetic and it's now reared it's head - it's called "graves disease" and it makes my thyroid overactive. i had a bit of an incident where i was carted off to hospital in an ambulance after collapsing. also been tired and sleeping a lot (14hrs a day is a lot of sleeping). i'm better now - well feeling mostly normal again thanks to australia's wonderful medical system (hooray for govt run medicine!). i've been fixed up with drugs and attention by doctors who have a clue. but that's beside the point. that's now past.
the problem is - i'm now massively behind on my e-devel email. i have a small army of emails marked that i should reply to/investigate/read. for the past week or 2 i've been wanting to do it, but just avoiding it as the mountain is so big. to try and get myself off to an actual start... i'm thinking i'll clear the slate and start afresh. from now i'm checking emails and will deal with them. so if you had patches... resend them!
