Indeed...I just wanted to be sure that people were ok w/ the idea of 
using the toolbar/book for the Shelf Dialog. IMO (and it's just that), 
the Shelf Dialog would be better using a toolbar...divide things into 
Appearance, Behavior, etc, etc...guess I'm just looking for an "ok, that 
sounds good" before I start the tedious effort of actually doing it ;)
