Well first I have to say I solved my previous problem with reinstalling
my system (for those remembering it).
Now I can compile all the EFL fine. But there's a strange error while
compiling e from the version 062:

/usr/local/bin/edje_cc: error while loading shared libraries:
libedje-ver-svn-03.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
make[4]: *** [default.edj] Erreur 127
So I guess the problem comes from edje. Anyone could help ?
