Could it be the same problem that people reported on rsvg evas loader doing something nasty ?
Do you have any svg icon on screen ? And what's the version of your librsvg ? When you see the problem, could you provide a backtrace next time ? (You will need to compile all the efl+e17 with CFLAGS='-g -ggdb3' to provide something really usefull. Thanks for the report.
