Ah, thanks, I didn't looked at this site but only in the repository for a
matching package.

Dutch seems not to use many 8-bit characters and doesn't use an AltGr key.
Nevertheless I found a Norwegian keyboard layout for illume which mentions
as bug:

"A real norwegian keyboard uses an AltGr key, which gives an extra shift
state. I found no way of doing this, so CAPS also works as AltGr. CAPS works
as CAPS for ordinary letter keys, it is AltGr only for numeric and
punctuation keys."

So I will probably look at the code and see whether I'm able to support more
modifier keys. Until this works the Caps is probably the easiest workaround.

PS: I find it a pity that such keyboards are not sent to upstream (you) so
that they can be committed.
