I am using elementary rev 44165 and have a question with regard to
disabled widgets. (accessed through python-elementary in this case).

The default elementary theme never sets disabled toggles back to
"enabled" visually. They work or don't work (according to their disabled
state), but they always "look" disabled, once they have been disabled.

The "gry" theme which was developed for the SHR distribution works
correctly in that I can disable and re-enable toggles and they will look
ok. This makes me suspect it is an underlying elementary theme issue,
rather than a python one.

Also every time I disable or enable a toggle, the corresponding label
text gets removed. Is that a python specialty, or do you see that from C
too?
