I removed the old Imlib2 and Evas libraries as they were way out of
date. Imlib2 is already maintained on CPAN and looks complete. I ended up
covering a majority of Evas since elementary_test used it.
I have no objection to maintaining them outside SVN. So whatever anyone is
on-board with.
