Hello, I just finished to do a big cleanup for spam pages in Trac. I done a similiar job for Trac accounts, removing spam accounts. BTW, handling the Trac users list is very hard, and sometimes isn't clear to understand if an account is a *real* account or a fake. About this, imho should be useful to moderate new registrations in Trac.
